Who are we?
Ruddi’s is a not for profit business belonging to the charity “Ruddi’s Retreat”. Here at Ruddi’s we specialise in homemade sweet treats including Chocolate, Cakes and Sweets. We are located in the idilic village of Slaithwaite, Huddersfield and we post Nationwide (UK mainland only).
A bit about us....
Nestled in the heart of the beautiful village of Slaithwaite (Slawit to the locals) you will find our very pink café, ‘Ruddi’s.
Our café is a not for profit enterprise and any money left over after running costs are deducted we put it towards our charity, Ruddi's Retreat...to find our more please visit www.ruddisretreat.org
Ruddi's serves delicious seasonal lunches and platters and with our expert baker making beautiful cakes on a daily basis, the counter is always adorned with pretty looking cupcakes and amazing treats. The scones are absolutely fabulous and complement our best-selling afternoon teas perfectly…all made by Ellys, Ruddi’s big sister.
We also have a 'sweet shop' section selling all kinds of goodies and confectionery including American candy and handmade chocolate.
Ruddi’s specialises in creating spectacular celebration cakes and has varied catering menus meaning all types of functions can be catered for from birthdays to business lunches. We host private parties and are renowned for our lively Bottomless Brunches.
